Good meditation website

Wildmind Buddhist Meditation - Learn Meditation Online

It's a Buddhist meditation sight, with lots of audio meditations and is a good resource for anyone looking into or working on their sitting practice.

Some parts are deff. pretty buy this, but I think that the meditation portion of this is most useful.

The purest form of meditation there is - the Energy-Control Meditation Technique - was actually invented by an American. Feel free to check it out:

Energy-Control Meditation Technique

I highly recommend.
