I haven't purposely exercised since August when I took a 6 mile walk. I realize I don;t belong here bumping this thread thread, but in my defense, I LOST 15 POUNDS in just over a month. I have gone from 205 to 190, and my target is 175. I expect to exercise sometime around Christmas and will be shedding a few more pounds. So I will be bumping this thread every time lose a few pounds instead.

shit I did 20 pull-ups thats the most I've ever done usually I do about 17 everyday cause I got a pull-up bar in the garage

gives me between 30 and 40 mins of working out.

damn you do a lot of fucking sets.. If your trying to build muscle thats WAY too many sets and reps. 3 sets of 8 or 10 is better. Or are you just trying to lose weight?

today i walked 5 km's. with a baby on my back throught the beautiful woods in a snowstorm. i was at a poker run "winter festival" there were 3 point checks...each one had someone with a fire, cooking something, stew and and beer, which i had none of. but i had some awesome venison and veggies.

i love the bush!
