I went trekking out into the woods with my new handheld GPS system that I got for my birthday... I've been really into geocaching lately.. It's a fucking fun stoner activity that consists of exercise, the outdoors, and treasures... Heehee.. Has anyone here ever heard of it?? Check it out at www.geocaching.com ...

I as well played some outdo' hockey today, and the past few days. It's nice to finally get off my ass.

Oooh yeah, I get to bump this thread.. I went to the gym to run, but I also ended up working out about 5 different muscle groups!!! I feel so great too, there's plenty of energy to keep me bouncin' all around the house... Yet when tonight comes along, I'll sleep like a baby.

I worked out today at the hospital. My work outs have no structure though and that's my biggest problem. I just go in there and fuck around with all of the equipment until I get tired. But it's like it still counts as a work out in some way.

Its a nice way to get acquainted with diff machines, exercises and forms but I would work on structure.

It really simplifies the whole process really. If you read threads in this forum and g/s, theres a lot of "workout routines" posted. Good ideas from there.

BUT i would like a thread about different types of lifts and moves and stuff. I see people say things and im like "wtf is a goodmorning"

I did like 50 push ups and I think about 65 sit ups. 20 shitty fucked up pull ups off a 2X8 before I got a sliver and went for a small run. Coughed up some nasty looking tar. Felt good about that. Walked another mile or so. Smoked a cigarette.

I love the mornings now that I'm not a day sleeper. Weather I work out or just smoke cigarettes I can collect my thoughts much better if it's not about bed time at dawn.

I stopped lifting weights for over a year. I was at 190lbs before i injured myself. I started getting back into the gym and i have been going consistently for a month. I am only 158lbs right now at 5'11 but I am defiantely gaining my strength back and movig back towards where I was.

How many people on this board lift frequently and what are your guys stats?

Here is a pic of me before I got injured.

The "good morning" exercise I know is where you lift the bar off the rack as if you were going to squat it. Keep your legs spread out at least shoulder width, you then bend at the waist until your back is near parallel with the floor. Keep your knees slightly bent. One should use saftey racks if doing heavy gm's otherwise you can fuck yourself up.
