Damn Tantric! You really are getting into the groove of this working out thing.. Good for you! I played my ass off on the playground yesterday with the girl I babysit, I even made me abs sore from doing so many knee-ups on the monkey bars.. As for today, well the only workout I got involved me and my man butt naked and panting.. But hey, it counts.

uhh...not-bump, but rather, a question ( since I stopped working out a while ago ).

Does anyone know how much the whole mountain bike sha-bang would cost me? I mean, for the tight suit to make me look fuckable...and the sunglasses and the helmet to make me look....fuckable.... and the bike itself?

If the bike was only for vanity I'd recommend the pawn shop, the cheapest and some shiny polish. Then get the superfly butterfied outfit the rides up your crack and everything. And one of those caps and the glasses.

did chest/tricep's today and ran a little while. today was the first time i lifted since wednesday due to school and work getting in the way, so i did my reps extraaaa-sloooooowwwww.

Dude just do 20 squat jumps twice a day everyday and you'll feel entirely different in a week. Nice and slow coming down to about 90 degrees, excellerate going up and jumping.
