Joined a pilates class last week. I've went four times so far, with no prior pilates experience. I love it.

Smoked enough cigs to cancell it out though.

Another police trainer said Chuck Norris was a role model for the police in Falluja, which until 2007 was an al Qaeda stronghold and the scene of fierce battles with security forces.

"I've seen his videos, he's a hero. He saves the city, he protects women and children and he fights crime wherever it is. We should all be like Chuck Norris,"

I've been back in it since february 18th and have been makin good progress. Had to take months off after a motorsickle accident last year.

I'm going 5 days on 2 off for rest. weights and cardio. Today was dead lifts, squats and lunges. then a 30 minute moderate walk on the treadmill. My legs al' feel like puddy for the rest of the evening. It's a good feelin tho.

I maintain a clean diet 90 ish% of the time also, for me thats the hardest part. Doable tho.

I know Craigslist always has a good supply of bikes for sale, but you need to live near a major city to get some good deals.

^Not really, you could turn it into an exercise if you did it whilst using you stairmaster or something.

Bump.

Today's leg workout...

Back squats - 6 sets, varied reps ranging from 6-15 including one drop set.
Leg press - 2 double drop sets ranging from 8-15 reps.
Front Squats - 4 sets ranging from 10-6 reps.
Good Mornings - 3 sets ranging from 8-10 reps.
Single dumbbell Calf Raises - 4 sets at 6 reps.
Machine Calf Raises - 4 sets at 8 reps including one drop set.
Lying Leg Curls - 2 sets at 8 reps.
Seated Leg Curls - 2 sets at 8 reps, done with pauses at the top of the exercise.

I love training legs.

Okay I just exercised. I smoked a spliff jumped in the kayak for the first time this year, and took off full speed ahead! Kayaking works out pretty much every muscle in you arms, your midsection and upper legs. It's fun. I also got the enjoyment of nature at it's best when a large blue heron flew over head.

Now my arms are like spaghetti..

Nice Turm. Kayaking is sweet, I really wish I had one.

I havnt worked out today, but I did yesterday and I probably will later today just like almost every other day. My hamstrings are sore though and my bike needs some work before I can go anywhere.
