I'll bump right now for tonight. Kickboxing. I'm SO FUCKING TIRED though. Went to bed LATE, got up EARLY to have my hair cut and colored...which took 3 HOURS. I think I may lay down and have a little nap before tonight.

Oh the trials and tribulation of being a woman. As if the monthly bloodletting ritual weren't bad enough!
And I lift heavy stuff as part as my job, I guess that means I exercised.

I've been working my little ass off lately. My butt cheeks are still sore from leg presses yesterday, but I still made it to the gym for some cardio and upper body workouts today. I love it when I don't talk myself out of going due to soreness, headaches, or generally feeling like shit because I ALWAYS feel better after I get my ass movin'.
