i ride my bike to work everyday, just about 7 miles each way.
uphill in the morning on teh way there, blasting home in the big gears everyday, twisting down through the neighborhood paths & streets. so on the way home today, after a lot of rain all night (and a terrible slog through a downpour this morning) i was happy to have what i thought would be a nice dry run home. cept then i immediately hit some superslick blacktop & a sketchy corner was waaaay underestimated. first time i've gone down in awhile, luckily i don't wear shorts to work and happened to have on a pair of fairly nice heavy jeans, which mostly saved me of roadrash. wasn't wearing a helmet, but managed to only bang my upper cheek hard enough for a good bruise & scrape. but my ankle was bare, pants rolled up, and the jeans weren't quite heavy enough to stop all the damage. ![]() ![]() but yeah anyways.. i love getting on the machine every morning, sparkly & wideawake by the time i get to the office.

Bump for the past several weeks . I'm looking pretty good, there's actually things resembling muscles on my torso.
I'm notice changes too. Things that used to be heavy don't give me too much trouble anymore. The other day at work we were lifting 60 lb. speakers up stairs and I wasn't having too much trouble, whereas another guy was really struggling. Felt pretty cool, that.

had a good workout today. lets see, started out with shoulder press, then 3 sets of squats, 3 sets of bench press, 3 sets of deadlift, and ended with a 20 min plate workout with situps at the end.

rode my bike today, only 11 miles, but straight in the fucking wind the whole way.
Riding 11 miles again tomorrow, then I'm also doing my Chest, Back & Rear Delts work out. |

Chest, Triceps and ALWAYS LEGS TO FINISH. Can never work the legs enough. Tomorrow its shoulders and biceps. Right now I'm 6' and 225lbs. I wanna go up to 240. once I get there I'll go to lighter weight and more reps to tone it up. 7 years ago I was the same height and weighed 135lbs. Its hard to imagine now!

I went from a solid 4 months of working out everynight for 1 1/2hrs - 2 hours to working out twice in the last two weeks and about 4 times in the past month.... my bench has dropped dramatically. And I don't have the drive either. I have for some odd reason put on an extra few pounds for some reason. Probably storing fat for the winter or some shit...
I'm about to order some NO - XPLOD and do a 30 day cycle of Dianabol just to gain back my strength. My size is still there, but I'm looking to get up to 200lbs. Right now I'm at like 175. I guess you could call the MMA I do a work out... but I gain more stamina than strength and I'm more into getting strong.
