Yeah. I did like 30 push-ups and like 20 sit-ups until my back couldn't handle it earlier. I thought about lifting some weights but my back hurt.
And my physical therapy back exercises. I'm trying to gain weight also. In march I was really sick and got down to 137. I'm 6,0. I'm up to 155 now, which is healthy, but since I've been gaining muscle I'd like to continue that trend.

Today, 3 kilometer row on the ergometer, push ups, incline sit ups, back raises... vomited later, apparently wasn't feeling too well. I missed breakfast and hadnt done any cardio in a month. Push ups again later and I suppose some more right now.

I run for an hour each day anywhere from 5 to 6 miles and then do some weights, so yeah, I exercised.

Bump! chest and biceps today.
Had to get up early to go out in a snow storm to the gym, but I did it. When i got there i didn't have my school ID and they wouldn't let me park at the school, so i had to park 20 minutes away and walk through the snow and cold to get there. But i still fucking did it. RARRRR gotta work now 12-9:30 so no post workout bowl today. Saving it for when i get home. Canuck, I vomited my second day back at the gym too. right after 20 miniutes on the bike... The war with my body is a tough one. Also, check your breathing, I once vomitied whle doing push-ups because i wasn't breathing right. :-/ Cheers!

Hell yes! We did something called Turbo Jam that I felt like buying a long time ago while we were rolling! Lots of fun, but now I am feeling it.
