You guys are wasting your time with crunches too. The only way to get rid of a gut is to walk, run, or swim.
you can do 100000 thinks with dumbbells what are you talking about?
what is your routine????

Most ppl don't believe in the power of walking. It feels so good to go for a 45 min brisk walk outside. It is like the cure for depression too.
and your HR does too what after a "brisk walk"... 100bpm that does not burn fat... that's not cardio

Yeah. Genetics and youth are factors too. Some people can pig out and be ripped while others work out like fools with little gain.

yes, correct... but your heart rate will not reach a point where it will burn fat... if you are remotely healthy. Some people need to start a work out regiment by walking at first, and I completely applaud them for making the first "step"

Walking at a steady pace is actually an awesome way to burn fat.

Paul Harvey said that if you walk for 40 minutes after every (sensible) meal you will have burned enough calories to keep your weight *steady.

I know it sounds gay but seriously I dance to get my heart rate up. Dance for 15-20 minute to some fast music and you should be sweatin pretty good.

its literally burn more calories than you consume = lose weight. you can either eat less (which to a degree can become unhealthy and will prevent the burning of fat) and/or burn more calories (it doesn't matter how you burn them, some activites burn calories faster than others).

running is one of the faster ways to burn calories (per unit time)

also, dont be a sedentary athlete:

^I get the feeling adventure has the body of john goodman, eats a horrible diet and runs once a month wondering why he hasn't been able to see his balls since he was 21. He's just being stubborn because he's frustrated.

Get a barbell. Do squats and deadlifts at home. All the time. Oh and protein shakes. Lots of those.
