Billy Budd by Herman Melville for english class.
The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien again for "pleasure" reading (its not a happy book it's his story of being in the Vietnam war) But he's an amazing writer, and the book is very captivating.

The Kingdom Of God Is Within You-Leo Tolstoy's non-fiction magnum opus. About 3/4 ways through it. Very well written and thought provoking, one of the best books I've ever read.
Next on the list is Immanuel Kant's Critique Of Pure Reasoning. Been on a non-fiction thing for a while. Also been reading bits and pieces of On The Duty of Civil Disobedience by Henry David Thoreau. Very good so far.

Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress by Dai Sijie. For English class. So far its interesting. I will be finishing it tonight.
I generally read what I consider fluff books. Random Star Wars Novels. I usually keep that on the down low. I enjoy fantasy novels with made up worlds. My all time favorite series is the Redwall set by Brian Jaquces. I got into those a lot as a kid. |

Good stuff! Wanna pick up a copy of this myself as it is apparently being released as a film next year, deffo want to read the book before seeing the film. Just finishing "Prometheus Rising" by Robert Anton Wilson, which was recommended to me by someone on here (can't remember who, checking PM inbox would help but would also be too easy! Thanks whoever it was tho! A very interesting book)
