Just finished the Knockout Artist by Harry Crews... really great read. Started out harmless enough, lots of little twisted things and had an ending I really enjoyed. I definitely recommend it.

I've been about half way through A Game of Thrones by George R.R. Martin for more than a year probably... it's good but not always my cup of tea. I should probably finish that so I can return it to the friend who lent it.

I think I'm gonna start up Kurt Vonnegut's Slaughterhouse Five soon.

I don't read enough. I often start books without finishing... it's a bad habit.

clockwork orange is the shit. one of my favorite books -- he wrote another dystopia that someone mentioned here, i forget the name of it and i didnt get a chance to finnish it yet, but it was pretty good. about an overpopulated earth in the near future and how the world government deals with it.

finished Slaughterhouse Five... added to my perspective on life. about how all moments happen exactly how they were meant to happen and always will happen that way. they're structured that way. all we can do is embrace the good moments and ignore the bad. I'll have to read some more Vonnegut maybe Cats Cradle next.

Right now I'm reading the story of Egar Cayce. It's interesting but hasn't changed my life yet... a proclamation made when the book was lent to me.
