Freewrite - Hopeless
THE ULTIMATE GIFT
If one is to die. One is to provide energy for the living. I am but a bowl cashed for anothers high. That must be where I stand in this hierarchy of life. Beyond prey, beyond predator. PLEASE use me, burn me, extract me, base me, boot me. Just transfer my energy because I never meant to live past eighteen. Nothing is real and never will THE ULTIMATE GIFT The calm river is constructed of storms, and the storm is constructed of river, Nuclear damage on our waters, as a test to see what we can destroy. Here we sit and try so hard to enjoy what is natural and what is pure, it's a mental state I can no longer endure. There is nothing truely alive anymore. Dancing amongst the burning embers until we faint into our endless slumbers. When fire is temporary, and embers are limited. Our perspective is infinite, however we cannot experiance it. Every moment, we use energy from what is killed or harvested, I am not a murderer, IS IT POSSIBLE WE WERE BORN TO DIE WITHOUT FOOD. STARVATION AT BIRTH, IS THE MOST NOTEABLE, and MORAL. YET WE'RE SO SELFISH, WE THOUGHT WE SHOULD LIVE. ENDTHIS ENDLESS Particible of not having the courage to trust the unknown. I hate control. Where will I lead myself?? It is over, I will pass the torch. I have enough inside me to create the toxic remedy, I bless. Yet I sit here and pick every beautiful piece to caress. But a dream can-not be remembered. A Torch cannot be rekindled, when there is nothing left to burn. So after this ethanol enhanced conflageration I will bow and take my turn.

At Sacred Fire, we believe the next “new thing” is the “old thing” – living simply and in “right relationship” with all of creation.
We feature the wisdom, humor, stories and lifeways of spiritual elders, healers, tradition holders and everyday people who experience life in close connection with nature and Divine. Sacred Fire re-awakens the indigenous heart in all of us, so we can find healing, create loving relationships and build sustainable communities that honor and celebrate the Divine energies alive and at play in the world. There is a Sacred fire burning in us all, connecting us directly to the very essence of life. To the Divine. "In a magical valley, protected by the ancient spirits of the towering Catskill Mountains, a sacred fire was lit. "The flame that kindled the sacred fire was originally ignited in 1986 just outside the United Nations building by Chief Shenandoah of the Iroquois Nation. He rubbed two sticks together to create a spark, then lit a torch for peace in the International Year of Peace. That morning, in the gleaming sunlight of a beautiful sunrise, the UN building shone like the envisioned "Great Hall of Mica" spoken of in Hopi prophecy for over a thousand years. A message was to be delivered at an amazing shining place at the time of the "Great Turning" in hopes of ushering in a millennium of peace in the world. The Hopi knew the times described in the prophecy had come.
