boring but need help with a conclusion

This is a personal statement about how my school/community/work activities will influence my goals and career choice. It's for a scholarship application and so far this is what I got. If anyone could help me out with a conclusion thatd b great.

For the past 4 years, basketball has been a major part of my life. Self confidence has been
built from hours of practice, and I’ve developed a family-like bond with my coach and teammates. I believe that goal setting is extremely important. Motivation is enhanced, and confidence comes as a result of achieving goals. As an individual, I’ve always set short term as well as long term goals on the court and off. I believe that this will help me throughout my life.
The lessons I’ve learned from being on a team will help me so much in the future.
To be able to communicate and cooperate with other people are very useful skills to have when going to
college. When I enter the work world, I will exert my utmost effort into doing the job to the best of my ability.
When it comes time for me to decide upon a career, I plan to choose one that gives me satisfaction and development and makes me feel motivated. School, and community activities will help me make up the personal package that can enable me to become anything I want to be. My grades, the electives I’ve chosen, and the skills that I’ve acquired through my course work will show what I have to offer. Furthermore, my personal traits, goals, and experiences play a large part in the career field.
