I too find it harder to poop when on the go. It usually takes 3 days for my body to get adjust to active travel/inconsistent lifestyle mode.

In both my foods/nutrition class and my biology class the teachers noted that the correct position for defecation is squatting. This makes sense considering the internal positioning of the rectum.

This wasn't a challenge in Turkey, it was just the bathroom.

But it makes sense when you think about gravity for sure, I'll vouch for it.
