First grow, 3'rd attempt

Hey guys,

Im back with my simple DWC with external resivoir, larger air stones, dual outlet air pump, (2) 42w CFL's, (1) 150w HPS, walls covered in mylar. Passive intake that can be turned into active for really hottt days, and a 250cfm exhaust fan pulling directly from around the HPS bulb.

Average daily temp over the past week with 95+ degree days has been precisely 81.5. At night I turn on the HPS since it is cooler and it usually stays around 78 at night with all the lights on. I am vegging with all the lights on 24/7 except for the HPS that only comes on at night when the temps allow for it.

Day 3. The seeds were given to me through a hookup who has family in California. He is actually a caregiver for 3 people there and has had the time and experience and is great to learn from. He dropped me about some seeds last month. We now have JR-13, Afgoo, and Sky Blue (a private strain crossing Blueberry with S. California Skunk #1). Well what grew this time was the JR-13.

Don't worry too much about the growth, where you said "no growth in 3 days"? There was growth, but not upwards.

Nice setup.

Its not that Im worried about the growth, just that I had to post something in the subject. If you look back, you will see that it was just height growth I was referring to. I am actually excited that I dont have height growth due to a 48" ceiling.

My plans are to clone this one (if its a fem) until I have enough stable clones to make me happy and then flower her.

Then the cycle begins...

I hope you all dont get annoyed at a post everyday, but it is for you to review and if you start to see a problem, please let me know. This is the longest I have been able to keep one alive.

After closer look tonight I was able to see the roots at the bottom of the net pot. Should I maybe start to back the water level down a little now?

Alot of growth today, she seems to have loved the fresh nut solution! I have also added dual 40w 4' fluro's called growlux, lets see if this helps any. As of now she is vegging under 84w's of compact fluros, 80w's of growlux fluros and 150w HPS. If she needs more light, i dont know what do to...

This has been the easiest so far. I have yet to check the pH or even measure the nuts Im adding. I just know its less than Im supposed to use. Its seems the more you just let it do its own thing, the better it does.

All I can tell you from what I learned, germinate in the rockwool!!! This is the first time I have done so, and was well worth not having to transplant. I did everything like the PT method but used the rockwool in the bag.
