i ended up going to work and an hour into it i just told my boss straight up im not feeling well and it was ok i hope.

yeah i think i might have bleeding ulcers or something, its cause i drink way too much, but i just got a big bag of weed and im gonna try to just smoke all the time instead of drinking.

do it mikey! alcohol is foul shit, its really bad how its so widely accepted in most cultures, yet its very toxic and can lead to cancers/ ulcers/ seizures/ etc etc bad stuff.

the mornings are the hardest part, im just so used to wake up and having a couple of drinks before leaving to work in the morning
and its been like that for 5+ years

now 2 days in a row i dont drink in the morning and im getting deathly ill, it might be withdrawal i dunno, i have a big bag of buds that'll keep me happy after work, i just gotta tough it out at work now where im headed right now

Another thing that might help is to drink lots of water.

hello friends its wednesday its wednesday! i just smoked a bowl of kush for all of y'as!

im doing ok today. yesterday i tried to stay really positive and good things came out of it.

i dont have to work today, and tomorow i work and then get 3 days off, so its good time to get better.

today would be day 3 of not drinking not counting the 1 glass/beer mug of wine i had yesterday morning. but considering i dont drink at all the day before and i didnt drink all day/night yesterday after that i think it shouldnt count.

now i got the day off and feel a bit better so its really tempting to get liquor but im gonna try not to and just smoke herbs and clean around the house today

Staying productive is a good idea Mikey, that always helps me out when there are times when I'm not drinking or smoking, and you have the herb on your side.

Willie Nelson said herb saved his life, since he had been smoking 2 packs a day and drinking a fifth a day. When he started tokin' it all got better and he's never felt better.
