Just got a good connection at the hostel I'm at with my wife, so I thought I would like to sit down and say GOOD MORNING! to you all while I'm having some coffee, like I do back in BC

Nice reading what's been going on and I know you are all coping with out me

And it's good to see some new faces in here, including Mikey and Mine's neighbour, uniot! Yay!

Some times moderation is a good place to stary Mikey, and don't be hard on yourself. Drinking less is still drinking less ya' know? Just keep at it and think hard about the times how and when you choose not to drink. "How did I do that, or Why did I choose to do that?" type questions. You can make it to where you want to be. Slow and steady wins the race maing.

Talk to you all again, chances are, when I'm back in BC here on the weekend, so stay tuned next week for my return to my Friends here at YaHooka, although I suppose this is some sort of a return
