I thought espresso is Italian, with the water being boiled and forced up over and down into the coffee? In the Middle East, the coffee is boiled and the grounds are left in. Either way, I love it, and it'll keep you awake for a week.

You are correct. I suppose what I was alluding to was the strength and darkness of the coffee used there, which for some reason I substituted as espresso.

That's a pretty interesting article to glance at. Persians, it said, are who started the roasting process.....anyway, pretty interesting for a look.

Ran a bunch of errands today and now just sitting down with a fresh cup of coffee now actually.

well good morning i guess

ever since i got really sick a few weeks ago, after i got beter i still can't sleep.
since i got sick there hasn't been one time that i went to bed at night and woke up in the morning. im cursed with insomnia, i wake up at outrageous early times wide awake and can't go back to bed, even if i go to sleep piss drunk ill still wake up at like 2-3-4am wide awake.

oh well.

i love you all happy friday.
theres no school today so i get to spend all day with my son.

Is you mind at work or are you just waking up? Really look at how you feel when you wake up, and see what is happening inside you, if you'd like. Sleeplessness has many causes however, so this could be a fist step. Where is the feeling in your body when wake? Heart head stomach?

Hope you have a good relaxing day with your son, and have a good weekend as well.

Take care YaHooka. My winter boots are due in today, so hopefully I get my 'snowshoe on' here soon and start making tracks this weekend.

i usually wake up cause im really thirsty
and once i open the fridge the light blinds me and im awake

or i wake up cause i really have to poop like right now asap
then the light in the bathroom blinds me and im awake

hmm....you could put a night light in the bathroom and leave a jug of water on the counter next to you bed, or drink some more water in the day as well might not be bad either. Just not too close to bed time
