Lucid dreaming techniques.. drugs.. all the ways to alter ones state of consciousness. The best ive seen in my lifetime are a documentary on ganja.. and a program where this guy visits tribes and uses things like DMT. Its very sad.

i'd just smoke lots of weed and get video tapes of me doing crazy shit while travelling the world. Like that one show with that guy who had to do those challenges wherever he went, but if he failed had to do even crazier shit but with a lot more drinking, and weed involved. but it wouldn't be like challenges just like fun stuff to do in other countries like eating wierd food and attending fucked up events.
