Pot size!

Just wanted to know whether i need to transplant my plants into a bigger pot or not. At the moment the pot that i'm using says it's 0.6L . Is this big enough to go all the way till the end?

And 2nd question is if i do need to do a transplant. Should i do this when the soil is dry or should it be done when it is wet?

thanks!

We generally use 4 gallons for clones and 2-3 gallons for seed plants.
I know growers use anywhere from 1 gallon - 600 gallons

I'd also like to hear why.

On my first grow, I used 20 gallon tubs. Far too big, at least for me they were. Now I use 3 gallon. Much easier to manage. Unless you have the space, don't go overboard like I did.
