25 min bike ride to the school, then another 22 min on the skiing type machine, then 3k on the indoor rower, then biked back home.

Oh fuck yea. I just got done with a 34.4 km bike ride. 25 km/h avg and +2000 feet. Not to mention how cold it was in the mountains today... and I have a nasty cough. I can do better.

Got a spacer moved up on my stem too. I ride a 2008 Specialized Alez. There's a picture of it in the Ballz thread. I ride err day.

today I took the usual ride up my favorite canyon. about a +1000ft elevation in about 7 miles(compared to my worst ride that was +5000ft in 14 miles). I did it a lot slower being my first serious ride of the year and all, but I made it all the way, slow and steady. Just wanted to get some sun.

Fun ride though as usual.
