You're a fucking idiot Orca.

I can name few other people in history who have done more to end prohibition than Ken Gorman. I've met him in person, and I've marched the streets carrying signs of protest with him.

You're fucking pathetic. Try contributing something to this community before you go attacking one of its pillars.

I've met Mr. Gorman, I've attended many rallies and his "smoke- ins". You have no idea son, so get lost. This is about med marijuana not you and your little friends smoking blunts at school.
I haven't attacked any pillar, I spoke my truth and told how many med patients felt about his newscast.

And yes sir, Mr Gorman, you did lead them to Yahooka. There wouldn't have been a newscast at all if you weren't trying to beat the system. The undercover reporter would've had no story if you had been legitimate about people getting caregiver status.

If I was a large grower with threads and pictures here and lived in a non friendly marijuana state, I'd be pulling my info. But I try to be very careful.

You're making a complete ass of yourself.
Congratulations on the best self assassination of character I've seen in a long time.
First, regarding your savviness on the internet...
There's this site called, 'Google.com', I don't know if you've heard about one of the best known start ups in the last decade, but if you type in STFU in the search box, you'll learn immediately what it means. Thanks for making me laugh so hard today.
Second, typing in the words, 'marijuana grow sites' in the same search box at google.com will register over 100k hits for sites that, in one way or another, mention cultivation.
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q...=Google+Search
Oh, look....yahooka shows up in the 11th listing. Ken may have brought Yahooka forward to the average citizen in Denver along with the rest of Colorado who may never have considered sites like Yahooka through the investigative story on CH 4, but for you to imply that but for him, the Police or Feds may not have discovered it?
Hello, Stupid.

As for Pharm Girl, what benefit do you bring to anyone by repeatedly referencing 'Growing season starts soon'?

being from denver, ive attended the govners 420 rally, as well as the one love events. both are great assets to have in a state still struggling to get to its feet in the medical marijuana world.

when it boils down to it, theres a loophole in the law. when your ass is in trouble, and the state is trying to prosecute you, they wont hesitate, if need be they will search for the tiniest little loophole to make their point. loopholes exist to be exploited. its been awhile since watching the vid in question....but when the hidden camera asked to be hooked up, the gov didnt say, "ok, heres some pot, have a nice day," he gave the person an oppertunity to grow a plant. didnt even supply the guy with seeds or clones, just started the paperwork process.

like it was mentioned, there is never enough medicine to go around. if there was, it wouldnt be so god awful expensive. so if there is a patient signing as many people as caregivers as he can out there, more power to that person.

ken gorman, this bowl is for you

Fuck you man. Check yourself; I was born and raised a mile high. I may know you. And you sure as hell wouldn't know it if I did.

You think you aren't attacking one of the pillars of this website, then you're the ignorant little shit deserving of the label 'son.' You haven't contributed shit to this website Mr. Gorman "Led them to" in such ill taste. Why don't you add something useful to this community you claim to represent a segment of.

No there is never enough meds to go around, that is correct. But signing up anyone who asks for it isn't going to supply med patients either. That is using a loop hole to have your own weed legally, not to help med users.

I have no intention of contributing to your website, I joined to tell Mr Gorman how we felt and thats it. I'm much too busy to play on the internet.
This account can be banned, deleted, whatever. I don't need it anymore.

Oh I would know, your picture is posted on this site little man. You would be the one who wouldn't know me. Check yourself.

Chill out everyone.

There's a legitimate discussion at the core of this thread, but it's being drowned out in an e-pissing match between members (some of whom are mods no less, go figure).

I'd really, really hate to have to close this one but I will if it continues down this path.......

Yea, timing is everything, and your intervention was well timed.

This thread has become the epitome of digressing from the subject.

Well back to the core of this thread then.

My wife and I watched the news 4 clip when it aired on tv.
We have mixed feelings on the presentation and the way we feel voter will look at the clip. As both of us are Registered med patients and caregivers for others, we understand the shortages that Gov speaks of, we also believe that the news peice did a disservice to patients and caregivers alike.
Gov does push the envelope on med marijuana issues in Co. Do I think it hurts us, quite honestly I would say YES, but I also know that taking that chance might help us also. I don't see eye to eye with Gov on alot of his doings but I respect him for the fact that he's out there and admitts to what he does to push the envelope. He is willing to be locked up for what he belives in, and I don't know many that wouldn't backpeddle in that type of situation.
I've met Gov at a Co. Spgs. event once and although we didn't hit it off or stay in contact, I know that he has much respect from people across this state.
I've seen him brag about gathering 5000 people on the capital steps and everyone yelling "fuck you" to our governor, I think that rather than doing that, I think a meeting with the gov of Co. the AG and some scientist would show a little more sanity in our battle to pursway our government to change the laws.

You forget; the sting was to get some pot illegally from me. Didn't happen.

The filming and questions lasted for over an hour. They had plenty of story that would have pointed out the lack of medicine and growers. They could have focused on the history of pot I made them listen to. They could have reported on the devastating prescribed medications my patients have to turn to when they don't have pot.

They didn't have a story but tried to put the worst possible light on me. That was a consious choice on their part and had they interviewed you they could make you look as bad as you think it did me.

The only thing I misspoke about was the holes. Our law is actually rock solid and a part of our constitution. The caregiver status is fuzzy but totally usable in court, especially in Denver but we've won all over the state (are you going to court with patients?). Our "Affirmative defense" to grow as much as the patient needs is great and determined by the patient and caregiver only! If you're not trying to get caregivers for the best possible medicine, you're not doing your job.

This law allows every pot smoker in the state to become legal; I use science for my justification. Marijuana (THC) is good for you at any age as reported by CNN's report on Alzhiemers. The study proved the extraordinary connection to fat cells that contained endocannaboids surrounding new cellular growth for protection. Marijuana cures cancers and so much more. There are plenty of caregiver jobs available and you don't have to go thru me. Get someone that needs help and grow some fuckin' pot. Your patient can have 5 or more caregivers so definately go co-op. I'll give you all the info you need (PM).

My enthusiasm for this miracle plant extends very much to recreational use. People are doing something good for themselves without knowing it and the kids that came to my rallies in the 90's voted themselves in a very fine law. We have the #'s to control the state as proved by our vote to legalize so some idiot reporter with a hard on against pot isn't going to deter me from continuing trying to protect those that need protection.
