Straight up man, you want to have a beard, stop shaving, let it grow for awhile and then sculpt the edges if you want a nice neat beard, or if you want like I's got, fuck it, don't do anything except trim some wilds back when you need to look alittle more upto snuff on dress code.

Thanks sage, I'll keep that in mind as I'm considering the full blown beard...

That being said, I thought turm was referring to some sort of mutative-face-flesh growing process that was supposed to be some sort of joke...not the obvious facial hair growing

*sigh*...They say the smarter you are, the dumber you get...

I've wanted full facial hair since I was like 8. now that I actually have to shave on a weekly basis(lol) it gets tiring. My right side burn has almost connected with my chin stubs. Left side... maybe half way there. I can't wait till I can grow handle bars or something random like that. LOL

Just whatever you do don't grow a chinstrap. Ugh.

Also, just grow that shit out motherfuckers. Every so often I miss my beard. One day I'll return.

you know what's funny? neck-beards..

Damn those are some motley 'beards'.

I really have a distaste for razor burn. I actually haven't had a razor on my skin since early last summer, not granted I have knocked off a few tips for some shape, but other than that, just don't shave off you mustache unless you want to look like an Amish man. The Amish actually shave off the mustache as a sign of pacifism. During the reformantion times in the 1600's German soldiers wore only mustaches, as a sign of oppositeness they grew beards only not stache. Well do what you want, but i always think it's alittle funny looking, even on the Amish. For me I don't wanna shave period. Chin straps go the same way, usually not stached, but I have seem some straps that are really thin and have the mustache thin and connected and looks sorta sharp, that only happened once. Eh I used to get hastled all through highschool about not being clean shaved or neat and tidy....what the heck, its not 1970, stop looking at my side burns legnth!

Have fun with it. I used to sculpt more than I do now, it'll grow back, don't be scared to work with what you got until it fills out some more, but if you got good frame stubble to grow on, do it man, be proud of your folicals and let them free!

okay, that was too long eh?

I have a really shitty beard.
Idk if I should shave it all off and try again next winter, or just keep on trucking with it.

Seriously, if I wanted to I could just throw the next gay guy I come across right up against a wall and give him an anal assault and he wouldn't complain one bit.
