I think he's talking about the whole "no photoshopping of pics", but there wasn't that warning in the FFA Balls thread. Only the GD thread.

wrong, why do you think Meheh is banned?

The no photoshoping is through out the whole board, and it was said many many times in both Feedback and FFA by budhead during all the drama because people were upset that meheh got permabanned for posting a photoshoped pic of ASG and myself.
