you do know that protein drinks are less useful to building muscle mass or whatever they're supposed to do than milk... like you could drink a glass of milk after working out and exp more benefits than you would with protein shakes or drinks or powders?

also... wtf? if you have a stupid drug test THIS WEEK you're most likely going to fail unless it's on friday and you stop smoking today in conjuction with an extreme amount of luck...

well here's the thing, I HAVE A MEDICAL CARD. I'm allowed to use it, so if best buy doesn't accept my hard working piece of ass then I will just end up at CPK or Home dePOT.

Besides it might just be a mouth swab test.

Protein is soo much better if you put in the time.

It's more or less just protein enzymes for faster recovery, not building.

I mean 16.3 grams of protein and amino acids is a lot more than milk.

How much actually gets activated and completely absorbed in the blood stream, who knows. But I've gotten performance from it every summer.

I know a lot of kids that go to CU that live with their parents. They only let freshman in the dorms so people that have parents with houses in good locations, they might as well not waste space. Last I checked my parents aren't pushing me out of the house any time soon.

Not that I don't want to get out of the house, but they probably won't let me till at least the end of the summer. I have to do what they say if they are going to be paying any of my tuition/rent.

so no, I'm not. and if I was on my own, I wouldn't be waking up at 7 am to go on a bike ride.

All my liquids I've had today are now gone.

I'm definitely gone fail. I'm a patient now though so I'll just be honest with them and tell them I am a patient when I fail my test. I won't say anything if they don't ask otherwise I'll tell them.

Chances are if a company in Boulder Colorado drug tests, you don't want to work there. It's what I've been told by everyone that lives here anyways...
