i dont own mace or any weapon for that matter. i was saying that i can see why some people would want to carry mace...
you were glorifying fighting and "taking a beating" rather than using a self defense weapon. in reality people use mace to save their lives against unprovoked attackers and robbers. i was just pointing out the reality.

It really is down here. I wanted to buy a bottle of wine today, but then remembered the prohibition of buying alcohol on Sundays. And about the court thing... I have no idea why church is a good punishment but when I asked the priest to sign the paper of verification for me, he said he's signed off for a couple of people during his days.. so it wasn't as degrading as I thought it would be.

how is that not a blatantly unconstitutional sentence? the most obvious reason being that the government cannot make a law recognizing any religion (and by sending you to church as a punishment it is basically equivalent to officially mandating religion) and the other reason is that it's an obvious case of cruel and unusual punishment. you should make a federal case out of it, vickyyy. call those douchebags at the aclu sometimes they know what they're talking about.

Fuck the P-O-L-I-C-E, and any mother fucker that disagrees.
This happened just a few blocks down from me. I can't find any news reports regarding it and it's probably being pushed under the rug to avoid extreme controversy. My friend's uncle was over at his friend's place, just a few blocks down from me, there was also a lady there who apparently started to "go psycho". They asked her to leave the place. So apparently she was still acting crazy after leaving the house. Not sure who called 911, but the police arrived on the scene and she started to go into seizures. Instead of taking her to the hospital, which is protocol for someone having any kind of medical difficulties, they took her to jail to hold her for 24 hours just because she had a prior drug record. She died that night in jail. She left behind a 7 year old child who is also fatherless. The kid now has to be put in an orphanage. My friend's uncle and his friend were crying and horribly shook up about it all. This is one of the worst and most appauling stories of police not following proper protocol that I have ever heard. I know they didn't expect her to die in jail but irregardless they didn't follow protocol and now a woman is dead and a child is an orphan, and it is on their hands. I can't find any kind of news reports about this because unfortunately the my city and the local newspaper is very picky about what they choose to report, and if this was to get into local headlines I think there would be a huge public outrage. My friend and I are trying to get more details and put the story together as straight as possible, and are considering contacting the ACLU. This woman died in vain and I am so sickened I cannot just let it be pushed under the rug. The crime and corruption in my city is running rampant and something needs to be done. If I can get more info or details and hopefully a legitimate news report I will be sure to follow up with them.
