For all...two of you who don't know this, a humorous trend amongst internet-goers everywhere is taking pictures and turning them into hilarious photos. If you are unfamiliar with the concept, here is the layout:

There is a vast collection of these posters lying around the internet, however, there is also a website where you can create your own Motivator: Create your own custom poster—Inspire ! Motivate! Mock!.

So this thread is for anyone who wants to show off their favorite motivational poster, or for anyone who wants to make a really funny one and gain everyone's respect. Here are a few of my favorites and some that I've made:
