The most beautiful language of all would be music, IMO. It expresses emotion better than any of the spoken languages.

I can't speak for the whole province of Quebec, but Montreal is one of the most beautiful cities I have ever visited.... Definitely the cleanest.

While I do seem to recall spending the shortest summer of my life one week in Port Cartier, there is something to be said for the suckiness of a place where the winter weather forecast is given in single digit degrees above Absolute Zero (which explains the etymology of the expression "sacre bleu!" - en anglais: "Holy fuck my ball sack has turned blue!")
 Great snowmobilin', but I think Ontario's trail system wins over any place on that count.
