HAARP Thread

I know HAARP has come up before on yahooka, but certainly not recently, and it seems to be something worth understanding. Unfortunately I don't know pretty much anything at all. But here is a video to kick things off... sorry, its full of a lot of jargon, maybe we can try and decifer exactly what he's talking about.

How are we to feel about things like global warming when this sort of technology exists?

What about the Tsunami in the Indian Ocean? Or this recent cyclone in Burma? After the tsunami I think I remember George Bush Sr. and Bill Clinton going to tour the destruction and organize relief. I must just be paranoid, but if this HAARP thing can really do what they talk about, what sort of tour was that really....

Lots to learn here, hopefully this will just get us started.

they are usually associated with anvil clouds and strong thunderstorm systems, so yeah if you see them there is most likely going to be something going down

lenticular clouds are formed orthogonal to the wind direction at high altitudes (usually near mountains) due to large scale standing waves. water condenses at the crest of the wave and the stationary clouds form and look really weird

mammatus cloud formation is not well understood but definitely has nothing to do with haarp as there is documented cases of them throughout human history

Cloud seeding is about creating artificial weather and, I assume, artificial ozone and the like.

so is this just the inverse?

I assume if they can do this with weather, they can do the same with higher atmospheres as well. My question is whether or not the video is basically talking about the inverse technology to this or not.

no it is talking about HAARP, a technology that can literally move layers of the atmosphere around by super heating it to a plasma state.
From the US NAVY's own lab, showing what it does to the magnetic and electric properties of the atmosphere.

HAARP

It has many uses, from over the horizon radar and communications to being able to communicate with submarines that are submerged hundreds of feet deep.

It's main capability and use is to literally lift/pulse/pull on a 25 mile wide disk of the atmosphere it heats up and there for has the ability to steer weather systems by creating low/high pressure.

NOAA recently did a "what if" movie for the Discovery channel where they demonstrated the use of the charged aerosolized particles for weather manipulation. They never mentioned HAARP but went onto say that the lighting storms in the atmosphere would do the charging up of the particles. It was evident the DOD wouldn't allow them to mention HAARP so they had to make it seem as if they would leave it to mother nature to charge the particles properly and spread them around, which would pretty much make the whole task pointless.

The DOE also has a great report on the use of charged aerosols in the atmosphere for light retention/blocking.


The concept was thought up by Bernard Eastlund, who sold the project to BAE systems through a few middle men.

The current (publicized) output of the antenna array is 3 600 000 watts.


Oh and it was the admitted (cross border tribunal) cause of the black out of 2003.
