My dad just left for Hawaii. My mom leaves for Germany tomorrow. She is coming by in an hour to drop off my dog!!!! I get to take care of her for the next month. Im excited she is so cool!!!!!! If I get a chance Ill throw up a pic. She is so cute yellow lab nicest dog ever.

Also she might help with keeping our kitchen floor clean we are messy mofos here.

Oh and to top it off I get to use my moms subaru for the next month so tahoe here I come!!!! Finally the snow!!!

Fuckin nice out and I spent it putting together a shed, helping an elderly neighbor and then digging up half of my back yard and chopping up buried dead tree roots so I can grow some shit. Was wonderful.

Much appreciated, I will take your suggestion into practice. I've recently decided I'm going to try to regularly practice meditation. I will try to get to the local shambhala building once a week or so.

today sucks because i biked to class in rain, was 3 mintues late and its a class you dont wanna come late to (tiny room, all the seats taken) so i missed it and now im just all sweaty and exhausted and waiting for my next class, and im gonna be at school for a total of 10 hours with no food and i have 2 really annoying lab classes.

my bio lab tonight is fucking rediculously hard, i have no friends in the class and i cut the last two classes because they were doing presentations and i have anxiety disorder so i didnt want to be there, and i already emailed my TA about it and gave him a letter from disability services but im gonna have irrational anxiety about going back to the class anyway. the last one or two times i was there i was high on opiates. i shouldnt even be taking the class but i got dicked out of requirements and because i didnt take this easy bio lecture i was forced to retake these two dickass biolabs that are full of oral presentations and gay shit for introductory students (and im a senior)

just a typicallll day really.

I posted a thread of guided meditation in the Spiritual Smoke Forum. I tried a few of them out before I posted them and they felt pretty nice. Sometimes the voice just is the oppisite of what you need. I don't know how practiced you are, but I meditate atleast once a day for a great while now, and I still like to he a guide sometimes. It can still be hard to shake off the thought race sometimes. Maybe you will enjoy them.

Congratulations for making a new commitment to yourself and well whole being.
