today was awesome cuz its easter weekend, the family is over at our house. we had lots of bottles of expensive wine, and fine ales were drank.

and what really made today so awesome is that everyone liked my soundtrack (Band of Horses, Andrew Bird, Beirut and some Great Lake Swimmers)

Pretty much exactly what happened. Yesterday was pretty amazing. Today has been good to me too, cept I kicked my own ass a little bit last night.

Today kicks ass because in 3 days I will be 21, and will finally understand the deep meaning and responsibility necessary to drink alcohol.
Unfortunately, today I had to take my uninsured girlfriend to the hospital. A nearly $400 bill to take a piss sample, adminster an injection, and give her some pills.

today kicks ass because my roommate brought home a turntable with several CHOICE 45s and a smörgåsbord of 33s. i also won seventeen dollars in the lottery and used the money to buy beers. i love today.

Today kicks ass because I just watched Role Models and that shit was hilarious. I'm about to go lay in bed and read a book. Then I work about 4 hours tomorrow which means a quick $60 for about 30 minutes of "work" and 3.5 hours of sitting and listening to my ipod. Plus it's my old man's birthday so there'll be some celebrating of some sort.
