Today looks like we're doing a little shoeing with no snow....atleast not enough to require them. What's up +4??? I wish it would just get to -10 and stay there!

But I'll take some warmth for now.

today kicks ass because i've been sick the past couple days and am finally feeling better. thank goodness too, because it's league night and after our last meet my bowling team slipped into first with just a couple points to spare. we took a break for thanksgiving last week so i've had 2 whole weeks to mull over how awesome i am. i almost feel bad for whoever we play

yeah i got bumped up from 60 to 90 .5 lorazepams and from 100 mg trazodone to 150mg

which is what I was hoping for.

Love meatloaf sandwiches for sure. When I stopped eating meat I thought that was it for that. But low and behold my Wife find a tofu loaf that is made with oats, flax, tofu and roasted peppers and mushrooms. Its hold form just like meatloaf and has all that nostalgia of having one with my Dad, one of our favourite things to do with Mom's meatloaf, save it for leftover.

Man is it lunch yet?

Fast it would be. Doc in PA said, when you hit 40 and haven't gained, we'll look further into it.

For now I'm okay I suppose and haven't gained or lost more than 5 lbs in 10 years. When it summer or when times have been hard 145. Winter weight 155. Never had changed my pants size really either. Went down a size to get pants to fit better, rather than my baggies from highschool, but that is about it.

but being under-weight and vegetarian is probably healthier then being normal weight and eating meat

Not sure, in the last 10 years I've been a vegetarian for 7. My weight didn't flux when I stopped at 21. I don't drink many calories. And can honestly say I drank more in PA and I was not getting below 150, but still not over 155.

I suppose I did gain some in Iowa and was like 165 for a while. I was with a girl who watched a lot of TV and as soon as we broke up and I started doing things again I lost it quick.

Living in Vancouver though, it was always a fight, between walking and the bus, with all good weather all the time, it was an athletic event living there, I thought.
