today kicked ass because i just got back from visiting my family and my roommate had a bong packed already. i had a great time visiting, i got to smoke with my sister and both my parents. they said they supported my use of weed as well, it was kinda funny. well just thought id share.

today kicks ass because i saw a friend I've known since elementary school but haven't ever been very close to. we talked about how she's been clean for a year and how i've been trying to get off the dope and she gave me 3 suboxones and the name of her doc. none of my close friends would ever do that for me...maybe there are some good people out there

I wouldn't say that. People watch NFL here without a doubt way more than CFL, which I actually like better

I feel like it has more with do with: I don't have TV and don't read the news paper. Although, I heard in the airport on a tv that the playoffs were over but I neglected to see who what or when anything was happening. There are only like 6 billboards in town and no one I hang out with watches NFL. I think the phrase is called out of it!

Quick call the marketing agents... someone in Canada doesn't know about the Super Bowl! :

I hope I didn't offend you about that comment about USA football not being that popular in Canada. I guess I kinda jumped to conclusions...but then again, we watch hockey games from Canada [although not so much in the South here...but up in the Northeast & Midwest, it's very popular].
I'd like to see the Saints win...but my gut-feeling is with the Colts.

No offense taken at all. When I moved to Canada I didn't expect NFL to be as popular as it was either. Hockey is normally on a break about now, which I why I suppose it does make sense to turn to NFL, although it does have a good following the rest of the season from what I can tell.

I think it'd be cool for the Saints to win just because it wasn't all that long ago they thought the team might be defunct.

Our visit to the ER at midnight concerning chest and back pain was only muscular and nothing on the inside seemed to be broke. So I'd say that kick ass.

Now for figuring out how to manage an unruly grad student who's writing their thesis hunched over a computer!

Yeah I'm pretty sure somewhere along the lines I've fucked up something around the pectoral muscle area cuz I get killer pains there every so often and have yet to drop dead so I assume it's simply muscular.

TKA cuz a handful of days ago I went to an amazing concert with the most ridiculously amazing seating (pretty much on stage) and setting and it was snowing like crazy outside the window we were right beside. We then made it safely home in the snow.

More concerts coming up in two days, a pair of days off and maybe an extra one thrown in because of the snow. Should be good. Oh, and I got a snow day from school yesterday and likely will have another one Thursday which will make concert going easier.

And some exciting shit that isn't rehashed is finally getting released as far as the Bonnaroo lineup goes.
