The Hitler thread
I'd like to examin this...
Firstly, he was a charming guy. It's said that if he were an english speaker he would make Bill Clinton look like George H.W. Bush. But since he spoke German, few of us realize how much charisma he actually had. But he was an excellent conversationalist and probably one of the best public speakers ever. +1 for Hitler Second, he cared deeply about the people he cared anything about. He reportedly had an astonishing memory and could remember nearly everyone he ever met by face, name and circumstance. He often showed acts of extreme kindness and sympathy to those in need. He even reportedly knew more SS officers personally than anyone else. This added to his persona as a people person. An excellent trait. +1 for Hitler He was an avid reader and arist. He was deep into philosiphy, economics, history and politics. And he also painted a lot in his free time. He was also exercised religiously and was in perfect shape for his age. This meant that he was a well rounded person who went to great lengths to take care of his mind and body. +1 for Hitler He masterminded and exicuted a plan to take control of Germany. And he was successful. +1 for Hitler He committed genocide, which is a serious war crime. This lead him to suicide. -1 for Hitler So as a person I'd say Hitler made a great role model in certain aspects but the whole genocide thing overshadows an otherwise prosperous man. |

How is genocide of millions of people worth -1 point?
Shouldn't that be like -6,000,000 or something? 1 point per adult and 2 per child seems about right.
