Convert MP3s into Ringtones.

I realize the good ringtones are mp3s. I just found this, thought it was pretty cool and wanted to share. You upload a song, cut however much out of it you want for your ringtone, you can fade in and fade out, and send it to your phone. Works with most phones.

Good link but I don't know if they let you just download the tones without sending them to your phone. That is useful for people that don't have a data plan on their phone.

I use Download Ringtones, Themes, Wallpapers, Videos and Games for your Cell Phone | Zedge - Free Your Phone! and they let you make your own ringtones using your own music files AND let you download them to your pc where then you can transfer them to your phone.

I've just used Audacity (which is free) for the past X years to cut my mp3's, then sent them to my phone via usb.

Cable is dirt cheap on ebay or some other nonsense and audacity is free. Works wonderfully. Only problem is I haven't done it in a long fucking time so I still have the same shit on my phone.

Don't remember. I think it's a proprietary format and mp3 if you download lame.dll. Could be wrong though.

I've been using this site.
I like it. They've got a pretty wide selection and you can get wallpapers too(although if you've got a full touchscreen like iPhone or Samsung Behold the pictures suck)

Again, cant you just save a photo to your pc, then transfer it via the usb cable that comes with every phone made since like 2001? No point getting a middleman involved with these sites.

Yeah, but personally my phone didn't come with software and without it I can't link up to the PC, so until my software comes in the mail I have to do this.

Seems like most people in America don't get the usb cable with their phones.
