Glass ceiling on NORML? There's no employees but like five lifelongers. NORML isn't some huge rich org. Not at all. They don't hire because there are no jobs. It's all volunteer and done through local people. The local NORML branch of volunteers brought decrim to MA. You are crying about a video contest. It's a contest, jeez. Like American Idol, it's beneath you for crying out loud. Do what you do and stop calling shit that just doesn't exist. Fine to say he how about some blacks in your videos or even hire me to do some work for you, to get that. But crying racism? And glass ceiling? They don't hire nobody, I know my friend with a PHD and the resume of work experience tried...

If it weren't for Keith Stroup, I doubt we'd have decrim marijuana in MA right now. Nor would we have this happening. I say that knowing I wouldn't have ever been involved in this, if Keith Stroup and NORML didn't come to Boston every year to support our local Rally.

NORML rules. As a non funded, one man operation, I can say that they have never blocked anything but only offered help. I wish all marijuana reform groups were the same. Local people know their local communities better than outsiders after all.

Yes, any ad that does not include an African-American, at least three types of Asians, a Latino, a gay man (preferably suffering from AIDS), a Lesbian couple, a blind man (preferably in a wheel chair without legs) a mentally handicapped child, and a Native American is racist and was probably produced by the KKK and the American Nazi Party.
