Why post in FFA all the time?

I just wonder why people only post in FFA when the topic they start is clearly fitting for another forum?

No one gets posts counted in here. Not that, that IS the goal here, but isn't a foreign yahookan value to have that count. People got pissed when we removed in a long time ago.

More I am genuinley curious.....

Why FFA for everything? Just opened ended, with out bias.

Because it's FFA. Compared to the rest of the boards, you can say (for the most part) and do, whatever you want...whereas in other forums, you cannot.

What does that contribute to the resource factor of the boards?

Its mildly frightening to think that so many things people have to say won't work on the rest of the boards.

Sometimes it's like...ffa is the playground of Yahooka. The other forums, are where the grownups have conversations...some times, kiddos wander into the grown up area and are told to go play again on the swings if they can't talk and act like a grown up.

I'd venture to say that 90% of what's posted in FFA could be posted in other forums...as members, we chose where we'd like to post them, for whatever reason.

Yahooka has more sub forums than is good for it, hence why FFA is the most active, fast paced and (read:lol) the most valuable asset to yahooka,

Just a note:

Testclear runs this as a Marijuana Information Site.

No bias here just mentioning.

On another note, I have to say that I like the Guidance Spiritual and Higher Thoughts forum. These are safe place to have discussion about pertaining matters with people who care about the topic and not have a rash of irrelevant posts, or even insults in G&S, which has been a good resource for people who have needed it. The growing forums are quite handy for plant questions, too. I think there are some sub forums that could go too, for sure. However I wouldn't generalize it as the rest is crap.

I really appriciate reading a post from someone who FFAs most of the time else where on the boards. It's suprising sometimes in the shift of tone/quality/informedness.

yahookas like high school. the sub-forums are the classrooms, where each area is dedicated to one theme or topic.

FFA is the halls, where all the cool people congregate and shoot the shit. it weeds out the fags from the decent people, just like the halls in high school

What if there are more classroom like discussions that the 'teachers' in the sub forums could better answer, or maybe have more info on?
