If you've already acknowledged that nobody owns the street R1bal, then why the fuck are you still complaining? Your neighbour is no exception, and does not own the street space in front of his house, you may park there.

Look dude, this the internet. People aren't going to be nice like they are in public.

First, you shouldn't do stupid shit to aggravate people, like parking behind him. Someday you're going to aggravate the wrong person and they're liable to call the cops on your or kick your ass. It's just stupid to do and gives you a bad rap. The more you do that, the more your neighbor is going to dislike you which also is not good. So knock that shit off and go apologize to the man.

He has every right to be angry that a bunch of wasted teenagers leave their cars there every Friday and then a bunch religious people do the same thing on Sunday. How would you feel if he parked his friends parked in front of your house every night?

It doesn't matter or not that the sign was put up by him. The people who know that it's not real will park there, and the people who don't wont. Like I said, go apologize. After you work out your differences ask if he minds having your friends park there on Fridays. If he says no, then tough luck. If he says yes, that's great.

Don't pretend like you, or your drunk buddies are inherently owed the ability to park there, or anything for that matter. That man probably works 50 hours a week and likes to enjoy Sunday mornings, he has been through more than you and is probably a good guy. Even if he isn't treat him like he is and you will get farther with him.

So in other words, shut the fuck up and stop bitching. Throwing a tantrum over something as little as not being able to park on the 100 feet in front of his house isn't worth either of your time. Suck it up and park down the street.

out front of my old house was a main road that wound up a hill, it was too narrow to park on, but ok if you mounted the gutter, but that mostly blocked the pathway
there was a local that used to put massive rocks under your car if you did this so you'd fuck your car up as you drove off
