now for the most part i try get a glass of milk down every day. they say its good for you.

(not that particular brand of puffed wheat, but it's all pretty much the same)

(that's some good shit, and not just because it has hemp in it!)

I'm sure I'm leaving some out, damn cereal is awesome, I think I'll go have some mini wheats....

Cereal in vanilla ice cream is good shit to.

Thats what my pregnant wife said she loves, Fruity Pebbles in ice cream (vanilla base with whatever else is in it)

my wife also eats CapNCrunch with milk.... after she makes the milk strawberry with some of that powder mix stuff with the rabbit on the front.

the cinnabon cereal is pretty good, and made with real cinnamon and shiz. not as good as their actual cinnamon buns, but definitely on par with cinn toast crunch and cinn life. just not quite as sweet as the crunch
