yeah........ gotta love the gun capital of america.
No sense in even trying to debate this with you, I see. but wth... "crimes of passion?" slejbnwe So please, tell me, lil ms. redneck, what exactly does a "Crime of Passion" mean? In search of your definition. What catagory does the "Crime of Passion law", fall under. Furthermore, what (if any?) consequences does the "felon?" get when charged?

wow dude I seem to have rubbed you the wrong way, I'm sorry. Does Canada not have crimes of passion in the legal system? That is pretty much how it works, there are all different levels of murder, and crimes of passion is at the bottom. Someone who catches their spouse cheating on them and then either kills their spouse is going to get a lighter sentence than someone who planned out a murder. Crimes that happen out of sudden rage are typically punished differently than those that are methodically planned.

Our justice system is very much different than yours. worse imo.
THIS case, though, there is no doubt in my mind the farmercolostomybagfa ggotpieceofshitonthe ground should be punished, as this was no crime of passion. He had plenty of time to think, he SHOT him in the back. Over an atv theft. No excuse. at all. I will say that, yes, there can be crimes of passion, it makes sense and I was being harsh.
