Hormone Replacement Therapy

I went to the doctor a few months back, and found out that my testosterone levels were really low. This didn't surprise me too much, because this problem runs in my family. It's not a big deal, either, because they can give you hormone replacement.

Well, I've been doing this for a few weeks now, and man, I had no idea what I was missing! For example, when I used to see a hot chick, I would think, "Damn, she's fine." Now, it's more like, "DAYUM!!!" I feel like I'm 19 or something! Plus, it seems to be helping with my depression and anxiety, as well, so I'm definitely feeling my inner Xerxes.

Anyway, for those of you who are old enough to know what it feels like to have the ole libido taper off a bit, I have to tell you, it fucking RULES when it comes back!!

As for what to do with it, even doing nothing is pretty cool. It's like thawing out, in a way. I just feel more intense, like I was when I was younger. There's this really great line in "Excalibur" where King Arthur, after finally drinking from the holy grail, exclaims, "I knew not how empty my soul had become, until it was full again." That thought kinda points in the right direction.

It's this gel that you rub on yourself, which passes the hormones through the skin. Apparently, pills don't work that well. They DO have an option where you can self-inject, but, yeah, no thanks. The gel's kind of a mess, but it's painless.

BTW, did I say before how fun this shit is? More energy, less moodiness, and the Hot Picture Thread has never looked so good.
