It's a Double IPA. It's good. I probably like so much because there has the "Hottest Christmas Toy Ever" demand on it and it's not easy to come by. I was thrilled tonight when I asked one of the guys by the beer case if they had any and he said "Wait here."

Myrcenary from Odell Brewing is also an excellent Double IPA if you can get your hands on that, and Racer 5 from Bear Republic should be on your list if you're a hop head, too.

The scoby is from ebay. I think my brother used pomegranate tea for this brew. We started a culture from high country brand kombucha, which is supposed to be better than GT's so we'll wait and see how it does. mmmm vinegar taste

So you have two going? I'm confused, or did you use a mother from ebay and added store bought Kombucha?

I'm drinking the ebay mother one right now. It was brewed for a whole month with white tea and a cup and a half of sugar. Usually one or two weeks will be enough

here's the batch that was started from the store bought kombucha

I have never tried starting with culture from a store bought drink... kind of interesting, keep me posts!

I am going to my parents for dinner, my travels will take me past my favorite beer store! I plan I dropping at least $60. and I will probable end up with roughly 200oz (3 22oz, and 2 6ers) but it will be a delicious 200oz! I still haven't had the Pearl Jam brew, and quite a few. I stopped drinking for like 6 months. I thought I would lose 30lbs LOL that was a joke Oh well.
