I just woke up and had 2 cigarettes and a panic attack for breakfast - Page 2

Yeah I stole the title from Bobby Lee, I don't smoke cigs anymore but I really did have an attack this morning. I don't even know why.

It's my 3rd one in about 8 months, but today's is the only one I don't know what triggered it.

The first time was emotional shit, and the second time was my claustrophobia. I was trippin on acid and Ecstasy and went on a super packed subway train and started freaking out cause I was packed into a corner.

Today I just woke up and started hyperventilating and shit. It's prety much ruined my day.

ive gotten the whole psychedelic induced claustrophobia, feels like the end for real.

try to focus on deep breathing for a while, at the very least youll slow your body down a bit and bring more oxygen into your blood.

panic attacks are teh suck for sure--one thing i've learned when dealing with them is to identify exactly what is going on in your body, emotional state, and thought stream while it's happening--sometimes it can lessen the intensity.
