The 23rd Anniversary season of Thursday at the Square will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Lafayette Square in Downtown Buffalo. The 2009 season will feature an amazing array of diverse and exciting artists from across the globe.
May 28, 2009: Gomez with special guest Alberta Cross June 4, 2009: An Evening with The Disco Biscuits June 11, 2009: Robert Randolph & The Family Band with special guest The Dana Fuchs Band June 18, 2009:Better Than Ezra with special guest Tyrone Wells June 25, 2009: Los Lobos July 2, 2009: Zappa Plays Zappa July 9, 2009: Los Lonely Boys July 16, 2009: George Clinton & Parliament/Funkadelic July 23, 2009: Neko Case July 30, 2009: The Avett Brothers with special guest Cornmeal The 11th Anniversary season of Buffalo Place Rocks the Harbor will take place in 2009. In a effort to better balance the 2009 Summer Concert Series, Buffalo Place will be showcasing the Erie Canal Harbor on the Central Wharf with 8 Signature Concerts. Tickets for Buffalo Place Rocks the Harbor go on sale this Saturday, May 16th for $10.00 in advance and $20.00 each day of show. Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster locations and the Buffalo Place Inc. offices, located at 671 Main Street. Fri. June 26, 2009: Medeski Martin & Wood and Umphrey’s McGee Sat. June 27, 2009: Joan Osborne and Yonder Mountain String Band Sat. July 18, 2009: The Robert Cray Band with special guests John Hammond Trio and Indigenous Sun. July 19, 2009: The Black Crowes Sat. Aug. 1, 2009: Bruce Hornsby & the Noisemakers with special guest Martin Sexton Sun. Aug. 2, 2009: Gov't Mule Fri. Sept. 4, 2009: The Wallflowers with special guest Tea Leaf Green Sat. Never heard of Gomez. But I'll see them soon enough.
Idk if I'm going to the second batch every week, cause thats 80-160 dollars. and I'm mad broke. Although I do mad good money selling .7 gram 20 bags to 15 year olds. And then they always smoke me out to, lol.
