Thumbs down i broke my pliers

i paid 80 some dollars for this and i broke it trying to bend a piece of metal wire....im sending it back, it has a 25 year warranty but still for over $80 you would think they would last more than 3 months.

that blade is so fucking sharp it will hurt you big time if your not careful.

this is how my day started..so now im all pissed off. happy memorial day!

I have this theory on stuff like that. Look at the design. If it's made to appeal to your eyes (notice curvy handle they'll market as "form fitting" it's really just to make it look better) it's not the right choice. Go with the ugly utility shits every time.

Well yeah its made to appeal to your eyes, thats part of the scam of capitalism.

Its like rocks of cocaine vs powder, compressed nugs vs shake vs well handles stuff

Whenever I break something nice, I take a moment to remind myself how lucky I am that it wasn't my penis. Always helps.

Bingo. If you want to do real work, get a real pair of pliers. Don't get some fruity blade with made with carbon fiber. While it's not a bad tool, they spent way more time on aesthetics than they did on function.

Anyways, good luck getting a new one.

I would agree with you if he snapped the blade trying to pry something open, however it's a pair a pliers, and a pair of pliers should be able to bend some wire.
