cookin at a little neighborhood restaurant. it's pretty good because there's decent food and they don't do a whole lot of business (probably going to be doing half or even 2/5ths as many covers per day as my previous job), so there are very few back-of-house employees and there will be ample time to prepare food properly and perfectly for patrons. It should be good.
