shit is rough... i havent had a smoke in 2 or 3 weeks and its such a bitch to go to parties or other places where people smoke... nothing makes it smell more good then knowing you cant have any.

yea cigs are a bitch. I remember when I tried somking one and threw up. I can't smoke cigs unless I'm drunk or on acid. lol

tobacco still gives me TERRIBLE spins and I get really nauseous, and when I smoke spliffs, the tobacco just kills my high and I can only feel the tobacco rush before I start to get woozy.

pffft. you dont need gimmicks or substitutes; just dont smoke, its that simple. as long as youre not smoking, youre succeeding. any time you feel like you want to have a cig anyway, just remember your decision not to smoke, and continue with not smoking.

Cigarettes might be hard to quit in the sense that they are socially accepted and always available at any store but I can't imagine the experience being as bad as heroin withdrawal.

i quit on new years, the only time it bothered me was when i was having a drink but i used nicotine lozenges for those times.
Theyre too expensive now im glad i dont smoke, £6 quid a pack, fuck off!
