dude thats horrible. to avoid implicating yourself, i would go with long lasting annoyance. things such as live animals and pests that just happen to find their way into the bitches casa.

how would this be funny? seems like a waste of fertilizer while simultaneously poisoning your ground water and giving yourself and everyone in your neighborhood cancer.

Sorry to hear man, I had a car stolen once, I'll never forget it, I was renting my aunt's basement at the time, working at a hotel. She wakes me up Saturday morning and asks where I'd parked when I got off work the night before. Why, in front of the house, where I always do. Oh, she says, because there's a pile of broken glass and no car there. I was pissed, I felt so violated even though I was sleeping when it happened. When I went to the insurance company a month later, the adjuster told me that, generally, if they are going to find a stolen car in the city it'll be within 24 hours and if they're going to find it at all it'll be within 72. I took my check that didn't cover what it was worth and was out of there.
And I hate to go against the grain here, but pulling some kind of pranks on your neighbour isn't going to help anything. The fact that she changed her story when questioned makes her VERY suspect and I would imagine demolishes any credibility she would have. If there was any justice in our justice system you would find a way to hold her responsible until she had no choice but to sell out her friends or cover your loss, but unfortunately I don't think it'll work like that. Another thing to consider is that, in your admittedly tired state, maybe you didn't notice the dudes having another mode of transportation that they left in, and someone completely different stealing your shit. You can't really prove anything unless your car is found or the neighbour backtracks and rats them out (which seems very unlikely). Not sure where I'm going with this, just gonna say that the night's always darkest before the dawn, so keep your head up. (talk about mixing 2pac quotes hey?)

I had my car ripped 3 times in the same year. The cops thought it was the same kids each time. The last time they stabbed the seat with a screwdriver about 50-60 times. I guess they were bored. After I got it back (the 3rd time), they actually came to over and hung out on the corner and were eye-balling my car. I wanted to run them all down.
I guess they decided that they weren't getting through he logging chain I had chaining the car to a tree. I went on my porch and stared at them real hard, one by one. Like a was memorizing their faces. That's all I could think of, at the moment. The first thing I would do is talk to the silent girls parents (if they live there). Most parents would want to know if their kid is hanging with auto thieves. The next thing I would do is talk to her myself. I would tell her you won't press charges against her, if she helps to recover your stuff. ALL your stuff. She is an accessory in the eyes of the law. The fact that she is lying, makes you know that she knows something. Then, if that doesn't work, I would tell her, privately with no witnesses, that if you have no car, she will have no car. Then make it happen. She chose to involve herself, when she chose to protect the dudes. I would make it real clear to her, that she helped those guys steal your car. She can suffer the consequences for all, or fork over the names. You can put something in her car, then call the cops and tell them that the item was originally in your car, before it was stolen. Personally, I think that because the whole thing happened because you had to take a shit, I would just spread shit all over her car. Her door knobs. Her mail box. Her cat. When you see her out there cleaning it up, I would wander over and talk about how it's a shame that the crime in the neighborhood has just skyrocketed and how it would be such a good thing for neighbor's to take care of each other, yada, yada, yada. Then tell her how bad the shit stinks and how it will probably really get bad when summer hits and it really gets hot. Now doing this, you could always start an even bigger battle. That would be your choice. |
