Whey protein helps build muscle mass whilst creatine just helps you retain water in your muscles therefore keeping you from getting muscle cramps while lifting. That equals out to more reps because your muscles aren't cramping up due to water loss.

I took creatine quite a bit while lifting and yes it will make you a hell of a lot bigger and make your muscles *LOOK* bigger, but once you quit taking it all that goes away. I like creatine though for keeping me hydrated.

dude why dont you just eat some luther vandros burgers for 3 meals a day like 4 or 5 days a week...

or begin a comprehensive home-gym-consumption diet.

start out small, eat a few treadmills a day, yadda yadda yadda

worrd.. used the shit for football one year in highschool.. after each season's over, i give myself like a month or two to let loose and not worry about what i eat/how much i exercise. after those two months the one year i used it, all the muscle mass i had gained went to flab.

if you want to get bigger, eat some peanut butter sammiches and lift some weights. shortcuts aren't always shortcuts.
