I just went out and got a big jug of the SixStar Creatine



I hear a lot of good stuff about it

any guys here like it? good, bad? waste of money?

Im 6'2" and 162 lbs, looking to put on a little more weight.. my metabolism is so fast whenever I try to gain weight I just burn it off when I work out.

if you want to build muscles, try lifting weights. that shit will help.


dipshit, there's no shortcut to building muscle, any real weight lifter will tell you that.

I know theres no shortcut to building muscle, im trying to gain weight, I already have my routine so muscle isnt a problem.

I need something that will make me fat cuz my metabolism burns it up like yahooka does herbs

creating isn't gonna help you bulk.. it will give you a pump and help you get in those last few reps..

and it's totally useless if you're not lifting..

if you want to bulk, do it right... eat real bulking food like steel cut oats, eggs, lean meats, etc...

steel cut oats are the shit for bulking. its like 500 calories in a cup. even the lankiest ecto can get enough of it.. and oats are basicaly the most perfect food
